Office Assistant – Home Care Agency Bensalem, PA (On-site)

About Us:

HomeWell Care is a compassionate, client-focused non-medical home care agency dedicated to supporting seniors and individuals with daily living needs in Bensalem and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our growing administrative team.

Part-time or Full-time (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with client inquiries
Schedule caregiver shifts and maintain calendars
Assist with new client onboarding and documentation
Maintain and organize office files and records
Support HR tasks including applications and background checks
Coordinate communications between caregivers, clients, and staff
Help with billing or payroll tasks (if applicable)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (required)
Prior experience in an office or administrative role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of home care operations (preferred, but not required)
Must be organized, punctual, and dependable
